Foundation or Elementary Food Hygiene Certificate

Course fee: £50.00 vat exempt

Is this course mandatory? Yes. For people who need to be qualified to handle food.
Examination type: Multi-Choice
Pre-requisites:

None.
Course content:

Method of Delivery: Open learning workbook or instructor led.

You can achieve this Certificate in 2 different ways. Either:

1 OPEN LEARNING - By working through your own Workbook at your own pace (self study) followed by a multi-choice examination.  This is a useful way for groups of people from a company to obtain their Certificate or for individuals. The Workbook and multi choice examination is available in 4 languages; English, Lithuanian, Polish and Portuguese. An examiner visits your workplace or boat to introduce the Workbook and to carry out the examination at a date suitable for you.

Or:

2 TAUGHT COURSE – A group of people attend a one day training course followed by the multi-choice examination. This can be carried out in your workplace in a suitable area. If four or more people need to undertake this training, we can organise this for you at a suitable location.

Intermediate Food hygiene Certificate

Course fee: £350.00 vat exempt

Is this course mandatory?: No
Examination type: Formal written examination.
Pre-requisites:

Suitable for:   Supervisors, managers or company owners who may need to be qualified to a higher standard than the Foundation Certificate.
Course content:

If four or more people need to undertake this type of training, we can organise this for you at a suitable location. Introductory Food Hygiene

Course fee: £50.00 vat exempt

Certification: REHISDuration: 1.0 day
Is this course mandatory?: No
Examination type: Multi-choice.
Pre-requisites:

Suitable for:  People who do not need the full food hygiene Certificate and particularly useful for fishermen who may be running a boat, filleting fish and retailing their own product to customers.  
Course content:

This is a 3 hour, instuctor led, training course run by an approved trainer and is usually organised specifically for a company. It is available in English, Latvian, Lithuanian, Polish, Portuguese and Russian.

If four or more people need to undertake this type of training, we can organise this for you at your location provided it is suitable.
