Suitable for: People who do not need the full food hygiene Certificate and particularly useful for fishermen who may be running a boat, filleting fish and retailing their own product to customers. |
Course content:
This is a 3 hour, instuctor led, training course run by an approved trainer and is usually organised specifically for a company. It is available in English, Latvian, Lithuanian, Polish, Portuguese and Russian.
If four or more people need to undertake this type of training, we can organise this for you at your location provided it is suitable.
